Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between conformity and islamic academic culture (BUDAI). The hypothesis is are correlation among the conformity and islamic academic culture .

To collected the data is used by scale, that is conformity and islamic academic culture scale. Proportional sampling is used to get the subject of this research. Participants of the current study are 199 women students of Islamic University of Sultan Agung in Semarang. The data were analysed using product moment techniques.

The analysis revealed that there was correlation among the conformity and islamic academic culture (r_xy = – 0,611, p<0,01). It was found out that there are negative correlation between the conformity and islamic academic culture.
