Fifteen adolescent patients with epilepsy aged between 11 and 21 years at Public Hospital in Kudus Regency were given scales. Purpossive Random Sampling method was used. Data was transcribed and Pearson Product Moment Correlation technique was used to analyze data.

It can be seen from correlation of rxy = 0,536 with p= 0,000 (p<0,01). It reratas the more positive adolescents’ perception of peer acceptance, the higher the self adjustment of adolescent patients with epilepsy, and vice versa, the more negative adolescents’ perception of peer acceptance, the lower the self-adjustment of adolescent patients with epilepsy. Thus, the hypothesis of this study is accepted.
