SELF– EFFICACY DENGAN KECEMASAN KOMUNIKASI PADA MAHASISWA DALAM MEMPRESENTASIKAN TUGAS DI DEPAN KELAS

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study about self-efficacy and communication anxiety. The hypothesis is are correlation among the self-efficacy and communication anxiety.

To collected the data is used by scale, that is self-efficacy and communication anxiety scale. Cluster random sampling is used to get the subject of this research. Participants of the current study are 118 students of Islamic University of Sultan Agung in Semarang. The data were analysed using product moment techniques.

The analysis revealed that there was correlation among the self-efficacy and communication anxiety (r_xy = -0,450, p<0,01). It was found out that there are negative correlation between the self-efficacy and communication anxiety.
